Agreement between Experienceswow and its users and customers
Experienceswow is a business and customer services company. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the platform and the relationship with users and partners. We recommend that you read the following terms carefully. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department.
Article 1 - Subject matter of the Terms of Use
These Terms govern the relationship between Mirko Gatti, via Oberdan 83, Melara (RO), P.IVA 01662390291 (hereinafter ‘Experienceswow’) and:
- - Users-Customers purchasing services or products through the www.experienceswow.com platform (hereinafter ‘the Platform’);
- - Partners, natural or legal persons offering their services via the Platform. Experienceswow acts exclusively as an intermediary between Users-Clients and Partners, without assuming direct responsibility for the contract concluded between the two parties.
Article 2 - Services offered
Experienceswow provides a platform for:
- 1. Book and purchase tourist experiences, courses, special events and customised tours.
- 2. Connect Users-Clients with qualified Partners who provide the services described.
Types of services:
- - Private tours: Exclusive experiences for the customer's group, without external participants.
- - Group tours: Experiences shared with other participants, according to the specifications indicated in the description.
Experienceswow selects quality services, however it is not responsible for the safety and performance standards of the services provided by Partners.
Article 3 - Purchase Requirements
- 1. Only users over the age of 18 may purchase services.
- 2. Users must provide correct, up-to-date and complete data when registering or purchasing.
- 3. Users must promptly notify Experienceswow of any changes in the data provided. Experienceswow accepts no liability for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete data.
Article 4 - Booking modalities
Users may book experiences in two ways:
Modalità 1 – Standard di default :
- Scegli il tour e leggi attentamente tutte le sue caratteristiche
- Compila il modulo di richiesta prenotazione, inserendo:
- I tuoi dati personali
- Il numero di partecipanti
- La data di interesse
- Eventuali esigenze specifiche per l’evento
- Riceverai una conferma della tua richiesta entro 24-48 ore, insieme a un link per procedere al pagamento.
- Effettua il pagamento tramite il link ricevuto.
- Ricevi la conferma della tua prenotazione dopo l’accettazione del pagamento.
Modalità 2 – Personalizzata :
- L’Utente può richiedere personalizzazioni per l’intero evento che vuole realizzare e proporre nuove esperienze inviando una e-mail con la propria richiesta a info@experienceswow.com. Analizzati e concordati assieme tutti i dettagli dell’evento da creare, verifichiamo le disponibilità della prenotazione con i Partner di riferimento e verrà inviato all’Utente un link per il pagamento della sua richiesta. La conferma della prenotazione stessa sarà trasmessa entro 48 ore dal ricevuto pagamento dell’evento personalizzato.
Article 5 - Prices and Payments
- 1. All prices indicated on the Platform are expressed including VAT.
- 2. Payments may be made by credit card or other methods specified on the Platform.
Article 6 - Withdrawal and refund policy
Users may exercise their right of withdrawal within the following terms:
- 1. Within 14 days from the start of the booking: 100% refund.
- 2. Within 10 days from the start of the booking: 50% refund.
- 3. Within 7 days from the start of the reservation: 30% refund.
- 4. Within 6 days or less: No refund, but a voucher valid for 6 months will be issued.
To exercise withdrawal, the User must send a written communication to the e-mail address info@experienceswow.com, including the information necessary to identify the order.

Article 7 - Cancellation by the Partner
1. The Partner may cancel a booked service due to force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions). In case of cancellation, Experienceswow will inform the User and propose
- - A new date for the service;
- - An alternative service;
- - A full refund if the alternatives are not acceptable.
Article 8 - Liability
- Experienceswow is not liable for:
- - Disservices or damages caused by Partners;
- - Errors or omissions in the information provided by Partners.
2. Users must comply with the requirements stated in the experience descriptions (e.g. physical condition, level of practice, certificates).
3. Users must present themselves to the Partner on time at the place provided and indicated in the booking summary.
4. Users must comply with the instructions and rules communicated by the Partner, before, during and after performing the chosen activity, including those related to safety.
5. All participation is the responsibility of the User. Users are advised to purchase travel accident insurance on their own, covering all possible circumstances.
Article 9 - Intellectual Property
- All content of the Platform (text, images, design) is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without written authorisation.
- Content created by Users, such as reviews or images, may be used by Experienceswow for promotional purposes.
Article 10 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
- 1. These Terms shall be governed by Italian law.
- 2. For disputes with Users who do not qualify as consumers, the competent court shall be Rovigo. For consumers, the court of the place of residence or domicile shall apply.
- 3. Users may resolve disputes through the ODR platform of the European Union.
